Frequently Asked Questions
How does the license work?
Each license applies to one domain only.
• On the Trial plan, the domain is fixed and cannot be changed.
• On Monthly or Annual plans, you can change the licensed domain anytime from your
dashboard.
You can also add multiple licenses if you need to support more domains.
If you need more flexible options, such as multiple domains per license, check out our Enterprise plan.
What if I decide to cancel?
You can cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you’ll still have access to all features until the end of your current subscription period. After that, access to all of the MuPDF WebViewer features will be removed.
What is your refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds. However, you can cancel your plan anytime. You’ll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current subscription term.
Can I try MuPDF WebViewer before subscribing?
Yes! You will get a 14-day free trial for each domain you add. You won’t be charged during or after the trial ends unless you choose to subscribe to a commercial plan.
